- No item will be adjusted on 100% value if any kind of changes is made by customer request in any item.
- If payment is made by cheque or demand draft, delivery of the item purchase will be Made only after realization of the cheque or demand draft.
- While normal wear and tear is to be expected, no credit shall be given to the customer for excessive wear and tear damage, or stone defects (cracks, replacements and Alternations).
- We are not bound to exchange the jewellery even if it has been worn once.
- Present Designs do not provide any guarantee of breakage.
- Weight of items and Cash has to be checked by customer before leaving the counter.

- 90% of diamond value in invoice.
- CUSTOMER HAS TO CARRY INVOICE AND CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF EXCHANGE / ANY ISSUE.
- 100% Return of H.M. jewellery under exchange of net weight.
- 97% Return of H.M. jewellery under payment @of purchase rate today date.
- There is no guarantee that silver jewellery is black
- At the time of returning Meena, Stone & kundan will be deducted.
- IN CASE OF GEMSTONES / STONE BEADS WE DO NOT BUY BACK OR REPAIR (NO EXCHANGE / RETURN)
